If you're ordering from overseas, shipping times will vary depending on where you are, but we'll always do our best to get your goodies to you quickly!

All products from SundarBans are shipped from overseas. Given the complexities involved, we advise you to carefully consider your purchase before placing an order.
Once your order is placed and you receive the tracking number, returns and refunds are not possible. Exchanges or refunds due to a change of mind may incur significant costs, including round-trip overseas shipping fees.

Through SundarBans, customers can obtain authentic, premium goods that are often not readily available locally.

 

Q. Do you only ship internationally?

A. Yes, SundarBans specializes in international shipping. If you order a product for overseas delivery, it will be shipped via express from the SundarBans Europe Distribution Center to India. For short-shelf life items such as handmade cosmetics from brands like Lush, maintaining freshness is crucial!

 

Q. When I buy multiple products, do I have separate shipping costs?

A. No, if you purchase multiple products in a single order, you will only incur one shipping fee. In fact, ordering more products can reduce the overall shipping cost per item, making it more cost-effective and enjoyable to shop internationally!

 

Q. Can I buy something that is not on the SundarBans website?

If you have a specific product in mind that isn't listed on our website, please reach out to us through our Product Request page. We will review your request and do our best to accommodate it. Feel free to contact us! ❤

At SundarBans, we ensure that products are sourced from local stores in the UK on the same day you place your order, providing you with the most recently manufactured items available.

Here are the optimal shelf lives for Lush products:

- *Shower Products* (Shower Gel, Soap, Jelly, Conditioner, Scrub): 14 months from the date of manufacture
- *Massage Bars*: 14 months from the date of manufacture
- *Shampoo, Hair Conditioner, Treatments, Styling Products*: 14 months from the date of manufacture
- *Shampoo Bars*: 31 months from the date of manufacture
- *Cleansers*:
- Mask of Magnaminty, Cup O' Coffee: 4 months from the date of manufacture
- Herbalism, Angels on Bare Skin, Aqua Marina, Let the Good Times Roll, Dark Angels: 3 months from the date of manufacture
